Nomadic Software have an app linked to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and provides sales force automation along with some basic CRM functionality to view customer balances, open sales orders and allow the placing of orders after reviewing stock levels.

The App is running through the NCS which is based on the Microsoft Azure Platform and a Dynamics AX server based in the London Internet Exchange in Docklands.
By using this configuration Nomadic are simulating a standard roll out of the solution.
With the NCIS available as either a Cloud solution, or local network installed server, the application is a remotely monitored solution operating in a virtually maintenance free operating environment.
