Nomadic Software has developed a range of Apps which integrate with Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
Nomadic Software provides seamless systems interaction
For the last 20 years sales people have tried to use IT for onsite management of calls and customer orders but the hardware was not good enough to be professional.
With tablet computing providing “zero boot” time and “instantly available” Apps, finally hardware is available that creates a professional image and, when linked with a Nomadic App your corporate Enterprise Mobility solution is complete.
Specific Apps are designed for easy, intuitive use requiring no training and ensuring that mobile connectivity is available in a fun, engaging business model optimising the work experience of Mobile employees.
Each App is role specific rather than a complete replica of the Dynamics client. This allows it to be intuitive requiring less training.
Features of Nomadic Apps are:
Platform independent: Apps are designed in the Operating System of the device to be used. By designing in iOS, Android and HTML5 Nomadic ensures the optimal user experience.
The Apps seamlessly read from and write to the Microsoft Dynamics products using webservices to collect and insert data. This ensures the integrity of number sequences and system data.
Each App contains a SQL database. Data can be stored within the App that allows offline working.
At initial connection static system data is downloaded to the App creating a data foundation for offline work which reduces network traffic during online transacting.
When online, live information such as stock levels are synchronised to provide a real-time business position.
Transactions created offline are automatically passed back to Dynamics when the mobile device next connects.
